CBYSA Soccer Council Bluffs Youth Soccer Association
All recreational soccer registration from 6 & Under through 14 & Under is handled through the Council Bluffs Youth Soccer Association and can be reached through the link to the website below. Parks and Recreation partners with CBYSA by hosting all youth soccer games at the Council Bluffs Recreation Complex which is located at 2900 Richard Downing Ave.
