Coaches MUST register teams with the office by this deadline in order to be included in the scheduling process.
2010 Individual Player Registration Form

10 and Under

  • Ages 9-10. Cannot be 11 before May 1st.

  • Fee: $30/player

12 and Under

  • Ages 11-12. Cannot be 13 before May 1st.

  • Fee: $30/player

14 and Under

  • Ages 13-14. Cannot be 15 before May 1st.

  • Fee: $30/player
