Permits and Rentals

Permits are required to reserve Parks and Recreation fields.

Council Bluffs Recreation Complex is NOT available for practice rental.

Rates for Council Bluffs Parks and Recreation teams (including CBYSA)

  • 1/2 soccer field, baseball field, or tennis court - $4.00

  • Whole soccer field - $6.00

Permit Limits

FOUR two-hour permits may be purchased at one time and not exceeding four at any given time per team. Permits will be rescheduled, but not refunded, in the event of inclement weather. Permits are issued in person only, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rates for Non-Council Bluffs Parks and Recreation teams

  • 1/2 soccer field - $7.00

  • Whole soccer field or baseball field - $14.00
