Union Pacific Railroad Museum

The Musuem takes visitors on a journey through 140 years of American history, from the 1800s to the 21st Century. Exhibits highlight the construction of the nation's first intercontinental railroad, which had its eastern terminus in Council Bluffs, as well as the setting of the American West. Interactive exhibits help explain the role of Union Pacific in the nation's economy and the railroad industry's contribution to modern technology. Call (712) 329-8307 for hours and tour information.
