Council Bluffs Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department is dedicated to the enhancement and promotion of quality of life by satisfying and responding to the needs of the community by providing:

Camp Adventure
Not sure what to do with your kids this summer? Send them to Camp Adventure. An 11 week long summer camp including field trips, lunches, swimming, and more! For kids ages 5-12. Daily and weekly rates available. For more information visit our Youth Activities Page.
Sailing Anyone?!
The Council Bluffs Parks & Rec Department is partnering with the Lake Manawa Sailing School of provide sailing lessons this summer. Boys & Girls, ages 12-15 can learn to sail the week of June 11-15th, from 1-4pm. The cost is $70/includes all materials. Download the flyer below.
